I carry I oz nuts 3 dried fruit in my purse and water.Then I all ways have something to eat if I am not home at meal time Then when I get home I have a glass of milk and a few crackers. and call that a meal.

This silver sneakers [seniors] in my opinion is getting to many spin off's. Not sure who started it.But instead of clicking"new topic".Just click repley and then everyone will be on the same page. Easier to find if they are all to gether.Don't mean to but in.
I think walking is going to help with my weight. I got nearly 11,000 steps in at the park yesterday, and with good eating have lost a little over a pound this weekend. My goal is to get between 5 and 6 thousand steps a day this week.
For those that can't walk, do get some chair exercises in this week.
