I think walking is going to help with my weight. I got nearly 11,000 steps in at the park yesterday, and with good eating have lost a little over a pound this weekend. My goal is to get between 5 and 6 thousand steps a day this week.
For those that can't walk, do get some chair exercises in this week.
You can choose to be happy, so why not!!!
