I joined Silver Sneakers in July of 2010 and began with a "chair" yoga class, which I still do once a week. Now, I do three other yoga classes that get me down on the floor, too. Most recently, I started doing two cardio/aerobics classes. All of them have been fun, and I've enjoyed meeting other Silver Sneakers members at my health club.

Mindful movement is a form of prayer.
