I have a similar cycle as you. I try and drink tea and extra water in the afternoon and have a sensible snack before dinner so I don't eat so much
I also try and track my evening meal before I sit down to eat that way I know exactly how much I am going over what I tracked. Also a good idea is to have some extra protein (track it though) and take a walk or exercise in your chair while watching TV. Hope this helps. Happy Easter to ALL !!! Carole
