That one was easy. Eating is normal. Breakfast, lunch before going to work. Between breakfast and lunch is time to work out or do whatever. It isn't perfect as there is a deadline, but if you make it a habit, it works well.
Getting off work and going to bed is the hard thing. If you make yourself get up 8 hours after work is over (8 am to give you travel time) you will have about 6 hours until you have to leave for work. This is a lot of time to exercise, do personal things, etc. And the lines and machines are less busy in the late mornings.
