I'm making some progress! Down 6 lb since my last weigh in and could just about pull my jeans off without unbuttoning them! Since I still have quite a ways to go, I went to Goodwill and it happened to be a day the jeans were all 99 cents. Got four great pair and I'm good to go for another ten pounds. My goal is a completely new wardrobe when I reach goal. it feels so good to have smaller clothes that fit.

I just wanted to mention that the Sparkpeople "other goals" section has been really helpful to me for setting and achieving non-weight/fitness related goals. Sparkpeople is just such a great all around website.
my goals for 2013.... 1- continue with my exercise program as before 2- track my food and exercise daily 3- lose 15 pounds by March 1st
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
