Hello, I am trying to get to my healthy BMI. I belong to tops and had my goal weight about 4 years ago...I let it go. I have 5 lbs to goal I have taken off aprox 14 lbs. I am 53 , I am a leo. I exercise 4x a week. I have had a huge success after I started drinking black coffee(removing 1tea of sugar and 5tea of cream) from each cup............good luck to all and to all success.
