i'm struggling constantly and haven't found my will yet, my schedule's all wonky right now.

I have found that I struggle the most during the afternoon. That time when the work day is winding down, during the long afternoon commute, and before dinner is ready at night - you get hungry but haven't planned for a healthy snack! What do you do to quell the afternoon munchies?
