I was doing great switching between walking on my treadmill and Turbo Jam until about six months ago when my husband had a very serious skydiving accident through no fault of his own. Before the accident, I was hovering at 145 lbs. and during his week in the hospital I lost 10 lbs. after we got him home, our daughter and granddaighters moved in and to make the extra room needed for them, we got rid of my treadmill. I have noticed that I put on weight but wasn't sure how much...until today. Holy cow, now I'm at 154 lbs. which may not be bad for some but I am short so every pound shows up. I post all of this to say that I am back on the Turbo Jam workout and will try to walk some at work also. I hope this helps to keep me accountable. Thanks for letting me ramble.
