I guess I was hoping for an EKG or something to give me proof that I was getting better. He answered all my questions - he did tell me once again to drink plenty of fluids. He was impressed with my 6 pound weight loss (in 1 month) and told me to keep doing what I am doing. My goal is a total of 20 lbs by November. He said I will be on these meds for at least a year - he will see me again in October, and have another echo in November. We're hoping with more weight loss (I need to lose a total of 40'ish) that I will be able to go off the meds. WoO HoO!

A person's task is to hear the Lord saying to them everyday "I have chosen you and you are precious and you are beautiful and I love you".
