Found a new friend in my fridge today!!
Costco ready made Bruchetta
1 container of "All whites"
2 - 3 Tbls of Bruchetta
3/4 to 1 cup All Whites
a sprinkle of parm cheese
Heat pan nice and hot and add the Brucetta. Lower a bit and sauté around 5-6 minutes then add the egg whites. Once the mixture starts to thicken move about to desired consistency and sprinkle on the parm (now don't get crazy with that stuff : )
If you like to make your own Bruchetta I would add some olive oil (EVO) if you don't already.
The company that makes the "All Whites" is supported by Weight Watches and they added this info on their container. "Eating foods loaded with protein makes you feel full longer" (who knew)
