I set weekly and daily goals and I feel great with each accomplishment, when I look at the end of the day and all my goals are met!

All things are possible if you only believe, even losing 15 pounds

Those little accomplishments can make a person feel great! That's what Sparkpeople is all about really. Taking small steps, accomplishing them on a small scale bit by bit. Glad your clothes were found stored away safe and sound. emoticon

Yes, most definitely! The more things you can cross off your list, the less stress you have to deal with. Way to go. I even make a list of errands/tasks and cross each one off as I accomplish them and it makes me feel so much better!!

Every day is a blessing. Life is much too short!!

Had a great weekend-great Mothers Day and I hope you all did to!! Busy day today and lots of things were accomplished. Woo Hoo!!
Replaced my BFF FitBit!!
Finalized a deal with someone in Teaneck on a bike! (I love Ebay)
Finally found the bins with my warm weather clothes (one of the few things Hurricane Sandy didn't get) they were up stairs in storage ; )
I feel like a did a 5K!!! Way to go!!
Does accomplishing tasks and what nots make you feel healthier too?
