Yes, most definitely! The more things you can cross off your list, the less stress you have to deal with. Way to go. I even make a list of errands/tasks and cross each one off as I accomplish them and it makes me feel so much better!!

Had a great weekend-great Mothers Day and I hope you all did to!! Busy day today and lots of things were accomplished. Woo Hoo!! Replaced my BFF FitBit!! Finalized a deal with someone in Teaneck on a bike! (I love Ebay) Finally found the bins with my warm weather clothes (one of the few things Hurricane Sandy didn't get) they were up stairs in storage ; ) I feel like a did a 5K!!! Way to go!! Does accomplishing tasks and what nots make you feel healthier too? let us know Ginny
