I would be interested in learning more about a few personalized plan to protect my heart. I had acute congestive heart failure last October and then an Angiogram 2months ago and a minor surgery in June to put a Defibulator in my heart because of permanent heart damage, I am recovering well from that but sprained my left ankle and right knee in a fall about two weeks ago, so am grounded once again. Thank you for the information. Both my parents passsed away due to heart problems and my brother is very ill from heart issues. I try to take real good care of myself and my heart.
