I am trying to use deep breathing to help my BP. Thanks for the suggestions. emoticon

Behavioral techniques like these are of very limited value if they are not accompanied by a diet that limits stress on the body. Foods that stress the body and bring hormones out of whack are primarily grains, beans and sugars. After getting rid of all of these I suddenly had no trouble handling normal stresses any more because my hormones were balanced. emoticon
