Thanks everyone! Today I'm MUCH better. RUSSELL_39...this is the second time I've passed out because of this condition. It's so frustrating really. I recently lost 4 pounds here and I don't want to have to start over yet again. I haven't been able to really exercise these last few days and am starting back up slowly. So..I'm just going to get back on the exercise track and move on.

Have a nice day! I love Saturday!!!

I can do it!!

Glad they got it under control with just meds. My brother had his heart rate over 180 for 8 days last year, and had to be cardioverted on a Friday, and then after more meds, on Monday, which finally worked. Neither of us has ever passed out though. I didn't even know that was possible.

Glad everything is okay. Scary event. The people at the hospital are amazing, aren't they?

I am so glad that the hospital got it under control, how scary for you and your husband. Take it easy.

I ended up in the hospital all day yesterday because I passed out early in the morning; around 3 a.m. Luckily I was able to wake my husband up just before I went out; he called an ambulance for me. My heart was racing between 150 and 160 for a long time into the morning. UGH! Finally after some meds it slowed down and was beating regularly, but today I'm absolutely exhausted! Today is my weight in and measurement day, but I skipped that until next week. I hate when that happens!

I can do it!!
