I gave up soda earlier this month so I will continue to avoid all soda AND up the ante by dropping my Redbull habit!! Also on the chopping block is trail mix because unfortunately I can't stop at a single portion~~I now know that I can't even have it in my house or I will binge eat it!!! I plan to continue avoiding chips, cookies, candy, fast food etc.

I just signed up for this challenge. This will be soooooooooooooooo hard for me but will give it a shot. Even if I succeed on just some of those 21 days, I will be way better off. One can but try......
