Eating mindfully is a lot harder then I thought. I always forget to pay attention when I eat. I am usually on SparkPeople when I eat and pay more attention to SparkPeople then to the food I eat. I need to eat then turn on the computer and/or TV.
I ate a healthy breakfast. Breakfast is Simple Truth Honey Almond Flax cereal 3/4 Cup serving with 2% Milk 1/2 Cup and Del Monte Mandarin Oranges no sugar added small cup.
The cereal has 11 g Dietary fiber and 10 g of Protein
I did not like the taste of the cereal like I thought I would. I did get full without over doing it.
For Lunch plan to have salad and beans. Not sure what I will have for supper maybe baked chicken and salad.
I will try to remember to eat mindfully at the other meals.
Exercise with be 2 exercise videos - one for cardio and one for strength.

I set my ticker to my highest weight of 210 lbs because it gets upset and doesn't want to save when I gain weight instead of lose.
on Dec 30, 2012 I joined SparkPeople and weighed 195.8
