Sleep deprivation can cause so many major illnesses. We need no less than 7 hours per night...actually we should sleep 8-9 hours per night.

I know for a fact that many women of all ages don't get enough sleep, can't fall asleep or wake up at 2 am and can't fall back to sleep.
