I agree about the "little" logo. It's like we have gone 'commercial'.

DEBBIE, anyone who wants to particiapte when reading WD would have to join as a member of Healthy Hearts. They come to us, we do not go to them. It's no different from any of us who found Spark by searching the web except that there is a direct link at the end of the WD article.
Anyone who comes to Spark, before they join, can access any Team Page and read the topics and comments but they can not participate unless they join. They can also view anyone's Spark Page unless it is set to private.

i will love to be in the magazine just so i could tell people it not all about the look it just about being healthy. more than half the people in the vast majority of states are obese.and We already know we’re an obese nation so why not try to fix it let make people know how important it is to be healthy because obesity-related diseases and we dont want that for anyone. the children out there are starting to become obese why because the parent let them eat what ever they want and unhealthy food we have to be a role model for the kids let them know what healthy and what not, yes it going to take time but we have to start now we have to find ways to keep the kids active and the adults.it going to take time to lose the weight and get healthy yes but we have to look at how far we have gotten not how far we have left.
