My goals for November include:
Losing 5-8 pounds
Stop binge eating
Drink 8-10 glasses water per day
Exercise at least 30 minutes per day
There are many more, but I will start with these!

My November goal is to get my DW back into health after her knee replacement. I know that this is now a run of the mill procedure but when we are in our late 70's anything can happen. Thank God that she is doing great and after 17 days is walling without any walker or other support.

My big goal for November is to get control of my "Sweet Tooth". I think if I can do that I will have accomplished something.
God grant me the patience, knowledge and understanding to do the things I need to do.
My goals for November are:
1) Spark daily
2) 60+ minutes exercise daily
3) lose 8 lbs
4) 3 or less cheats this month

2. get ahold of portion control
3. quit binging on candy
4 quit smoking
5 find 4 more customers for my business
