When you think about it, most of us can relate to having someone in our lives affected by heart disease: My HA at 59, my dad died from a HA at age 39, my daughter's best friends mother had a HA in her early 30's and my son's friend's mother died from HA at a young age. My current manager at work has CHF.
I thank God everyday that I live in a time when we have learned so much about heart disease education, prevention and treatment. Wishing us all the best of Heart Heart
Did not know today was World Heart Day. Read the article and found it to be very interesting. I too, am going to do everything I can to keep my heart healthy and beating!!
