I am frantically tallying all of my meals fat content due to hubby's heart condition. I love the nutrition analysis available as I input my recipes BUT am finding that the total of the sat. fat + mono fat + poly fat does not equal the total fat (none are trans fats). Not just by a gram or 2 - but sometimes off by 10 to 20 total grams. Any idea why? Please help me out with this as this is the best tool I have seen and want to be able to rely on it. Thank you!!
