Thanks,

I entered into the Spark Recipe Calculator to get the calories - it sounded like 4-5 servings - I'm going to change it to the 8 - I also want to use the calculations to figure out my W/W points+...

Based on 8 servings, it equates out to 267 calories per serving...excellent....

This is an awesome recipe.
1 lb round steak cut into strips
1 can beef consumme
2tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 green bell peppers diced
1 yellow onion diced
16 oz pkg sliced mushrooms
3 boil in bags of rice
1 16oz container of low fat sour cream

First brown the beef strips after rolling them in flour. Then put beef strips, consumme, worchestershire, and salt and pepper to taste on a large pot. Simmer for 30 mins. Then put the rest of the ingredients in the pot, cover and simmer 1 hour. While that is cooking, cook your rice per box instructions. After 1 hour simmering, remove from heat and Add 16oz sour cream to beef mixture and serve over rice. It is heavenly! I loe to sop up the extra gravy with a good yeast roll.
