Last night i was experimenting and it turned out great! I took some thin boneless skinless chicken breats and sauteed them in extra virgin olive oil, not alot and garlic til done. Then with the brown bits i took about 1/4 cup lemon juice and a 1/4 cup marsala wine and deglazed the pan. Then poured that over the chicken and rice. It tasted great and low sodium and low fat too and packed with protein.
