I slept better last night. Went to bed earlier than usual and got 7 hours of sleep. I did not wake during the night so that helped. I was still sleepy when the alarm went off so hit snooze button but got up before the alarm went off again. I used the time stretching in bed to get some of the kinks out of my muscles and to wake up better.

I set my ticker to my highest weight of 210 lbs because it gets upset and doesn't want to save when I gain weight instead of lose. on Dec 30, 2012 I joined SparkPeople and weighed 195.8
