I slept better last night. Went to bed earlier than usual and got 7 hours of sleep. I did not wake during the night so that helped. I was still sleepy when the alarm went off so hit snooze button but got up before the alarm went off again. I used the time stretching in bed to get some of the kinks out of my muscles and to wake up better.

I set my ticker to my highest weight of 210 lbs because it gets upset and doesn't want to save when I gain weight instead of lose.

No I kept waking up. Had to work last night so got to bed late then got up early. Plan to be in bed early tonight.

Night before last, I did not sleep at all. I had tried out a new sleeping aid & it had the opposite effect! Last night, I slept very well!

not perfect I stumbled in to my garden and my shin is deep purple where the cats usually sleep so I was nervous

No! I went to bed at 2:00 AM then woke up at 5:30 to go to the bathroom. Then I was up at 8:15 for the day. But I did get a nice nap this afternoon and I'm feeling much better! emoticon
