I gained five pounds this week. At least I've mastered drinking the eight glasses of water a day. I rest fifteen minutes a day, so I've mastered that also. I generally do water aerobics three times a week. But i know my emotional eating has gotten the best of me. So its back to being more vigilant and paying more attention and just walking instead of eating when I'm frustrated. I still deserve to lose weight and be there for my kids and grandchildren.
I will not let this get me down.
