does anyone have any recommendations for exercise dvd's that would be doable (realistic) for heart patients who get winded easily? I'm looking for a decent stretching, weight and/or easy workout that I can actually do. In other words, not something that's fast paced like sweating to the oldies!
I did lose 2 lbs in 2 weeks so I guess that's good even if it wasn't aerobic.I hope it continues. I'm giving myself a year to lose 50 lbs.
