I USE MY PEDOMETER AND CHECK MY STEPS. JUST TO MOVE SEEMS TO BE WORKING FOR ME. A LITTLE WALKING HERE AND THERE. I USE MY STEPPER AND MY WALKING TAPE. I DON'T GO TO A GYM. I GET SHORT OF BREATH AND HAVE MANY PROBLEMS BUT WHEN YOU GET TIRED THEN S T O P!! CHECK OUT MY BLOG. WISHING YOU THE VERY BEST! emoticon emoticon

Ok last week I managed to walk 30 min daily although I had pains in my feet and got short of breath fairly easily. It definitely wasn't power walking. But last week I worked 10am - 6pm and was able to walk before I left for work. This week I worked 7a-3pm and when I got home, I didn't want to walk (I'm on my feet all day at work). I still managed to lose a pound because I'm watching what I eat, but it's very frustrating because I want to do this. This has been my story all my life!!! Unless I get up at 4am, I don't think it's going to happen-I know there are people that are in the gym by 5 am but I have never been able to get out of bed that early- seems like torture. Any ideas?

I did lose 2 lbs in 2 weeks so I guess that's good even if it wasn't aerobic.I hope it continues. I'm giving myself a year to lose 50 lbs.
