I am on meds for SVT, and they are working. It took awhile to find the right medication that would drop my heart rate without my blood pressure plummeting. The only problem is I still cannot do any cardio without an attack. The problems for the first few months after my baby was born they said was just do to too much blood volume. Recovery was slow, so the doctors were guessing that would follow with everything else. She is 7 months old now and I still cannot jog or do stairs without an attack. Any suggestions on how to lose weight without doing a lot of cardio? I walk tons, but can't find another activity to up my exercise that is doable.
