Thanks Kelly, I look forward to trying that out.

They have these new "Signature Sandwiches" So bad for ya, but so good. I have tried to make my own healthy versions of them.

Safeway has a new website for use by people who have Safeway customer loyalty cards. It's called FoodFlex.
shop.safeway.com/superstore/s
ixframese
t.asp?page=nutrition&brandID=1

It lets you sort through any category of groceries in order by the nutrients of your choice - so that you can, for example, sort through all the frozen foods their stores stock by cholesterol content, with the lowest ones listed first. Other "Heart-Healthy" nutrients you can choose to search by include saturated fat, sodium, trans-fats, total calories. You can also click on particular items to add them to a shopping list, which you can then print out - you don't have to use it to order online or anything like that - and keep it as a reminder of which items are the lowest in whichever you're keeping track of.
