Hi! I was recently diagnosed with A-fib in August of last year. I am the mother of three children, and had problems with my pregnancies, but the cardiologist couldn't find the cause. Anyway, I was told that I should never have another child. I wish you the best of luck in whatever happens! I do agree that you should go to a good hospital/clinic. They will be able to help you more.

Half of my heart is in Iraq, and I want him back!!

RAINIE98 I am going to Cleveland Clinic next month and they are going to give me different drugs to stop my atrial fibrulations!

There are about 6 different drugs that they can use to get you into sinus rhythm (normal heart beat), but, most Doctors dont bother even telling you this, as they are not 'Certified' to use these powerful drugs! (I know! My Heart Doctor, and, the hospital I go to locally cant get certified by the Manufactorer that makes the drug, in order to administer it to me, so I have to travel 3 hours in order to get Doctors in Cleveland Clinic to administer it to me! I also have to spend three days in the hospital as a precaution to make sure there is no bad effects on me).

Go to a Hospital that is a good certified Heart Hospital and find a good Doctor that will administer drugs to put you in sinus rhythm, and after that you will feel great!

Also, there is Radio ablation! If the drugs fail for me, I am getting this done...(DONT GET YOUR A/V NODES BURNED OUT...THATS NOT THE WAY TO GO, AND BE PACEMAKER DEPENDENT!!!).

I wish you well...

May the LORD Bless you with Grace and Salvation, and if we dont meet in this life time, that we meet in the cloud when our SAVIOUR comes to claim HIS own...The Church.

I wish you well...

Hi there, I have atrial fibrillation and am on medication to control it and we are getting ready to try to get pregnant. I didn't have afib with my first pregnancy and I'm not really sure what to expect. I am planning on meeting with my EP to get started but was wondering if anyone out there has any info or have been through this before. Help!
Thanks, Rainie
