I have been doing really great throughout the school hear but summer is approaching and this is when I usually struggle and put weight back on. I have lost nearly 100 pounds in the last year and a half but when I am working I have a very regimented structured life. I am going to leave for a month to Europe, month road trip around the USA, and then weekend in Miami with four night Bahamas' cruise before I go back to work. Does anyone have any helpful hints to keep me from gaining 20-25 pounds over the summer like I did last year? I don't want to have to gain and then struggle to lose again in the fall.
