As of my Friday weigh in, I have lost 75 pounds in the past 15 months. I am down 100 pounds from my highest weight I have ever been. Plus, I am now only 85 pounds from my goal. I am finally losing weight slowly and steadily and it is the first time I have lost a substantial amount of weight (in a healthy manner) and kept it off. I would like to be under 300 pounds by my 50th birthday on May 31. I think I can do this!
