they only play Big 10 vs Pac 10 games which makes for a weak conference. You can't be the best if you don't play the best. However with that being said no conference this year is really making a challenge to be said the best conference overall. The Big 12 is struggling as is the SEC as well, and the ACC keeps beating themselves up.
