That is sad. I have heard of Shug....I will check that out. I really like the Practical Backpackering and Backpacking Light Magazine podcasts. Definitely makes my computer work less boring ;-) I will definitely check out that other podcast.

FYI, Gary Mittlehotlz that did the Doing Stuff Outdoors podcast passed away last spring. He has been missed.

You might also check out the AT Hiking podcast by Toothless and go to You Tube to check out a guy by the name of Shug who does some great videos on hammocking.

Check out a podcast called Doing Stuff Outdoors by Gary Middleton. Excellent podcast. Also, since this is forum is related to Backpacking, there are a few others. Southeastern Backpackers, AT Hiking the Podcast, and The Practical Backpacking Podcast.

I broke down and got an I-pod (I have a Zen too, but use the I-pod now) So I use I-tunes for podcasts. I think what you want depends on your interests. I really like "wait, wait don't tell me" it's a "game" show from NPR, current topics, but in a fun way, and they have celebrities take "quizzes" that are really funny. But to each his own, and you may or may not like that one.

I saw a spark blog about a podcast from some diet bloggers that sounded fun. Just look around and download some, if you don't like them you can just delete, and if you do, you've found your gem!

Just got a MP3 player for christmas. So far the only thing I have done with it was listen to radio stations on it. But I would love to know what good entertaining, motivational or educational pod cast are out there. Anyone have some good ones? And what are the best sights to get them at in your opinion?
