Breakfast was a protein shake with an egg in it plus 1/2 cup raspberries.

Main meal was steak, salad and a l/c tortilla. For a snack I ate a Johnsonville keilbasa.

I had a dish (cup) of cantaloupe and a hard boiled egg for breakfast. I knew I was going out to lunch to a buffet, so didn't eat a big breakfast. Lunch was good, I loaded my plate with salad and veggies. Ate that and had some sauerkraut with Keilbasa as well. It was a nice lunch. Then later today, I ate a l/c tortilla with a little peanut butter in it.

Snack of some liverwurst and 1/2 Quest protein/fiber bar.

Am having a little more liverwurst in a l/c tortilla for my dinner.

So happy my tummy has settled - and my revised eating plan worked well yesterday. No gain this morning so I am a happy little camper. So far no craving and very enjoyable.

Carb Addicts - Drs. Heller

Day 1
daily skim milk 25 gr

LUNCH - meal 1
2 egg omelette and 2 cups allowed salad veges

DINNER - meal 2
tomato soup
salmon and cheese salad with h/m dressing
apple crumble and cream (3 portions)
was going to have half tomorrow - I know that never works!!!!
Next time I will make half the size and leave the rest raw to
cook the following day.

NIGHT - meal 3
not hungry so didn't have anything

no gain this morning

DAY 2 (today not eaten yet)
daily skim milk 25 gr

LUNCH - MEAL 1
75gr salmon 2 cups allowed salad veges and h/m mayo

DINNER - MEAL 2 (1 HOUR CARB MEAL)

soya and honey chicken roast pot, carrot, onion and cauli
pancakes with h/m strawberry jam

100gr plain chicken
2 cups cauliflower with 50 gr grated blue cheese

Wispy, glad your tummy is feeling better.

This morning I had 2 oz. taco meat, 3 oz. leftover ribeye and two eggs for breakfast..
Then my main meal (about 3:30P) I had 5 oz. leftover ribeye (yes, it was a big steak) and a chopped salad, about 3 cups worth with honey mustard salad dressing on it. And about 1/4 apple chopped up in it as well.
When I go out to the deck in about 15 minutes, I'm going to have a glass of wine and maybe a piece of cheese OR a l/c tortilla to finish the day off. I've had about 1200 calories and I think about 40 grams carbs. There were a couple snacks thrown in there too. 100 calorie protein/fiber (Quest) bar, 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal with milk, etc.

Tummy is better after a high cal day yesterday, around 2500

Today is low cal. I am saying IS because it sure needs to be.
My food is not planned - this upset tummy has kind of thrown me off my game.

Today will be a mainly fruit and vege day.

Cauliflower Soup is already made and
egg white salad sounds pretty good about now
Will make some low cal dressing for that

dinner ??
still some fritatta left over from low carb day
so I will have that

This morning was 1 cup watermelon cubes and 5 oz. pork steak. Dinner was a large salad (lettuce, cabbage, carrot, etc.) with taco meat and cheese and chipotle ranch dressing - and my snack tonight was a glass of wine and a l/c tortilla.

Snacked on about 4 brazil nuts. It's been an easy day as far as eating. The meat was already cooked, so didn't have to do much.

High cal day. I had an upset tummy. Getting a lot of those lately.

I ate carbs which always fixes it. (Not naughty carbs, just custard with canned milk.
This always seems to settle it.
Also cruskits (very low cal crispbreads) with a little cheese and tomato.
another couple of cruskits with a scraping of peanut butter and honey.

Thank goodness this has settled it.
I think low carb may actually be getting too much for me to handle these days. Right now I am just hating the thought of meat or poultry of any sort with crispy skin or without emoticon Could this really be me?

Yesterday was all over the place.

breakfast- 1/3 of a leftover turkey sub w/most of the insides gouged out, green peppers,onions, pjack chhese lettuce

lunch-a grilled premium wrapr from mcd yogurt

dinner-10 fries and a 6 oz steak

snacks-cucumber slice and ;c ice cream.

blew it today but Saturday I will keep carbs very low

I had a piece of sausage for breakfast, half an apple and a l/c tortilla.

For lunch I had a large chopped salad and some polish keilbasa. That wasn't until about 3PM, so later this evening I just nibbled on some of the meat I grilled and called it dinner. Oh... had 5 wheat crackers too.

smoothie made w/almond milk, frozen mixed berries, 1 tsp coconut oil, scoop of protein powder and flax

still hungry so ate another atkins bar

Good idea!

Breakfast was yogurt with 1/2 oz. macadamia nuts stirred in.

Lunch was as snacks today, 1 chicken wing, 1 oz. cheese, 1 oz. leftover lunch meat, 1 small piece of seeded bread,

Then this evening I had a chopped southwestern salad, mostly cabbage, cilantro, some lettuce, some carrot and a few ufo's in it and had some shredded cheese on top and 2T Chipotle ranch dressing.

After dinner and after it cooled off a little, I took a glass of wine out on my deck and a magazine and relaxed!
