I hope you all had a good week. I've been doing everything I can, eating healthy and exercising, but I've been on a plateau for awhile and the scale isn't budging. I know this can happen, and I am not going to ever give up, but I do hope I can get through this soon. Any advice is appreciated. I feel healthy, so there are rewards even if the scale doesn't move.

Had a week of just maintaining but was a bit discouraged at no weight loss. At least I'm tracking my calories each day and can see that I need to get more physical activity. I'll increase my walks and use of stationery bike so this should help. I have lots of yard work to do and have no doubt this will be a great way to burn calories.
Setting a goal of a 5 lb. weight loss streak for myself this month. Blessings, Pat
