I don't get sick very often and when I do, I usually fight getting too sick. But when I do get sick, if I have to take antibiotics or can't breathe, I do NOT work out. If you look at the side effects and contradictions of some of the antibiotics they advise you not to workout because the medication can effect your tendons and muscles.
