Please please don't let the number on the scale judge you. You lost, way to go ,great job I'm proud of your hard work this week. Every decision was one you had to make as to which why your week could go and you obviously picked well..... YOU LOST not gained

Congrats to everyone who is doing so well!!!! Lady Irish - I know how you feel, but the important thing is that the dial is going in the right direction

I have been avoiding the scale because it was going up, but this week I finally took started taking this journey serious again and started REALLY tracking ALL my calories. I had gained back 12 lbs that I had lost and didn't want to step on the scale. Well I did today and I lost 5 of the lbs I gained back!!! WooHoo!

Well I'm down 1.2 for the week to 282.6. Which is a little surprising because I was a lazy butt again and didn't workout all week and I have made poor food and drink choices. But I'll take it and try harder next week to get a bigger and better number.

Well, my starting weight for the month is 283.8. Not happy with that number, I want to see it down, not up. I'm up .6 from last week. But I'm trying to remain positive. I made poor choices on food this week and it would have been lots worse if I hadn't started getting back on my fitness train :)

My new year resolutions are about to start now!
After a week at an all-inclusive at the end of Jan... a few social events and a week on temporary duty, I am 4lbs heavier!

Start : 117 ( I am 5'1 and to get my best running performance I should be at 108-110...)
So, it need to go down... and it will.
I know what to do and I will make it happen. I will check in every week.
