Not a set plan. But i know what i'm going to eat on a regular basis so i don't really have to plan because i know how many calories usally.

On a normal routine and schedule, yes. Lately tho, it's been hit or miss. I started again this morning on getting this under control before I noticed the question of the day! huh!

Yes I do, I make a menu/grocery list and know what well have through out a weeks time frame. I feed six people daily.

I try to at least for my lunches since I pack it to work. I basically keep simple things on hand for breakfast & light dinners & snacks. It isn't written out day by day anywhere.

I usually plan 1-1.5 weeks out. My husband usually does the shopping and I will spend a day getting dishes ready for the week. It makes life much easier, especially with 2 working parents and 2 very active kids! I really feel it if we don't get to do the planning.

Most of the time, yes. I have several low carb cookbooks that I choose recipes from, and sometimes from Pinterest. Then, I'm lucky enough that my husband does the shopping.

A: Kind of. I'm not one who makes a weekly menu, but I do have an idea of the meals I will be preparing for the week and I plan accordingly.
Don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal.
A few "bad" days can't ruin your plan... only giving up can do that. Just keep going and you will get there.
