I AM BACK FROM VACATION. GAINED EVERY POUND I LOST SINCE JANUARY... BUT, I AM GETTING BACK IN TO SP SITE:SIGNING IN DAILY, DOING AT LEAST 1 ACTIVITY AND LUMINOSITY BRAIN GAMES. LUMINOSITY REALLY PUMPS ME UP FOR A GOOD MENTAL HEALTH DAY. I AM ALSO BACK TO SWIMMING, EXCEPT ON MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY. I FEEL GREAT EVEN THOUGH I AM BACK TO SQUARE ONE RE WEIGHT THANKS TO SP/LUMINOSITY/SWIMMING!

This week I'm on vacation (spending a week in our house with my mother) so everything is a bit mixed up. Yesterday I did 30 minutes from JM's No more trouble zones, then I was gardening for an hour. Today it was JM's 30 Day Shred - Level 3. And the garden is awaiting me :)
