I'm going to be starting the SP menu this week for breakfast,lunch, snacks and trying a few recipes also.....then I'm working on not eating ANY processed for at all and NO sugar.
My DR has told me to eat the clean diet.
So I'm slowly working on it.
Have to be hard on my self and get in 90 minutes of exercise in 4 to 5 days a week.
It's going to be interesting to say the least for me.
I have a friend of mine who's my same age and she's had weight issues as well. She has been doing the clean eating & has lost 40 pounds.
