Calibilly4- Thanks I totally understand what your saying about public places I have been cussed out and told how sorry I am and all that from customers and all we can do is stand there smile and say thanks for coming to Walmart have a great day if we say something other than that we get talked to by management it's always our fault no matter if we say anything or not we are not able to take up for our self I had been threaten by a customer to beat my but pull me over the counter I refused to help her any further I about got fired over it I thought what heck my management wasn't on my side then either it was on Mother's Day too so I totally understand

Oh Sherrywilson I feel the same way. I work long hours and am sooo tired when I get home. And I am also pretty darn grumpy. I work with the public all day and have to be"nice"to rude ppl and I just don't feel like being"nice" when I get home. Let alone I do not feel like eating right or exercising. BUT I have decided to work on these issues. Im hoping that if I start working on being more positive and making myself eat right and exercise, that I will feel better. Then maybe I will have more energy!!

Well I used to be pretty darn happy and full of life these days I feel like I'm just existing having to do what my work schedule says I just feel so tired worn out I have been working for 2 years the same type of job same hours why now does it seem like I never want to do anything any more just so tired I work from 10-7 and or 11-8 just seems like a chore to get up

Debbie good deal on going to quit smoking I have been quit 7 years, and still to this day I occasionally think about a cigarette, so remember that when you quit ...the addiction is just trying to trick you, if you get an urge. Do something else or change your train of thought, Hope this helps. P.S. I quit cold Turkey do to an operation.

I am going to try and quit after the holidays, the Dr. suggested this. So I will follow his advice. But I will keep on exercising and watching what I put in my mouth. Thanks for all the encouragement.

Debbie - we are all here for you. We all know that smoking is one of the hardest habits to break. Have you tried the patch? I am not a smoker but I have heard so many good things about the patch. I have also heard good things about hypnosis. Have you tried either of these?

I have really messed up. I started smoking again. Quit exercising and following my diet. I feel just horrible. But today is the first day of the rest of my life. I am really going to try again and this time no quitting!! Good luck everyone with your programs. I know I need support.

I'm going to be starting the SP menu this week for breakfast,lunch, snacks and trying a few recipes also.....then I'm working on not eating ANY processed for at all and NO sugar. My DR has told me to eat the clean diet.
So I'm slowly working on it.
Have to be hard on my self and get in 90 minutes of exercise in 4 to 5 days a week. It's going to be interesting to say the least for me.
I have a friend of mine who's my same age and she's had weight issues as well. She has been doing the clean eating & has lost 40 pounds.

Meant Blat Belly. I could not do any videos, my boyfriend got rid of old video player and he was using our Play Station to game so I walked in the light rain and brought our laundry back on the return trip from laundry mat. It was slower coming back but I had the weight for training. Was not good for my back though. What are you going to be doing different? Can't wait for your update. Good Luck.

I may do my Flat Bellow video or Valerie B. not sure what I am going to do later. Nov was terrible for me for my back and for my weight. I need to get these pounds off but nothing I am doing is working I am adding. I am so upset. I am doing what I have been nothing different but I am going backwards.
