Not totally. I am proud that I am as strong as I am, but not happy about the thin layer of fat covering my muscles. As soon as I loose that layer, I'll be pretty happy.
Thank you Lord for blessing our steps all the way to the end.

I am getting there. I am satisfied that I have made a complete lifestyle change and revved up my metabolism so now the weight comes off naturally. I am satisfied with my body, but will love my body as soon as I lose the rest of my weight, but I am patient and have faith now that I will do so.

I am loved!

No, not really and the fact that I am an emotional eater does not help either.

Yes, I suppose I am - to be perfectly honest. Thanks for the question.

I'd be lying if I said yes. Not unsatisfied necessarily...but not satisfied either (or I wouldn't be here).
Yes -especially now that I've started defining my body in terms of function rather than unrealistic standards of 'beauty' - there's always room for improvement but I'm happy with my body overall

Great question! I'm not ashamed of it, but I would feel better if it was more toned and didn't ache so much!
