I was in better shape back in highschool

That's a hard one, I was a lot thinner and had more energy but I eat more healthy now and have a regular work out schedule.

Probably in better shape now than any of my graduations: high school, first degree, second degree.

High School [about 150 yrs ago!!] - better shape then - but hey, I was 17!!!
College - about the same as now
Grad School - better shape now

Now. I'm pretty fit now. When I graduated, I may have weighed a bit less, but I was by no means fit. Didn't exercise back then.

Definitely when I graduated....have really been off track lately and away from this site for way to long but trying to find my groove again!!

Definitely now. 30 years ago I weighed more, and had much less muscle tone.
No, when I graduated both high school and college, I was lean and very fit.
Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life.

Now! I'm actually caring for my body now by exercising it, Toning it, feeding it nutritious and beneficial foods, and loving it. I'm also proud of it now and accept it as is.
