My goal is under 110 by the end of the month. I CAN do This!
12 June: 113 (this morning @ gym)
19 June: ... last time I will get on the gym scale before moving!
27 June: First time I can get on my scale (I will get it back from storage!!!) and I want to see results!
I am tracking, planning (especially my social events and eating out - I even check out the menu before going so I know what I can have!) & moving!
19 June Edit! - Scale is still 113... I have an action plan but too many road blocks! I can't wait to move, have my house and kitchen and get back on track...
