I get weighed tomorrow at TOPS. I have been on vacation for two weeks. I worked at eating healthy so I hope to have a loss. I have lost 12.5 pounds so far this go round!

I'm 143. I am looking to lose around 5 to 8 pounds this month as I did in June. I can do this

My goal is under 110 by the end of the month. I CAN do This!

12 June: 113 (this morning @ gym)
19 June: ... last time I will get on the gym scale before moving!
27 June: First time I can get on my scale (I will get it back from storage!!!) and I want to see results!

I am tracking, planning (especially my social events and eating out - I even check out the menu before going so I know what I can have!) & moving!

19 June Edit! - Scale is still 113... I have an action plan but too many road blocks! I can't wait to move, have my house and kitchen and get back on track...

I'm at 164 and would like to see 160. I've been maintaining, so that's better than 170. My ideal weight is probably 150. I'd like to see that by the end of this year.

This will be my main goal for this month. Last time I check I was at 114. My ideal is 108. (i know 114 is not bad but I feel better at 108.)
I know what to do to reach my goal / I did it before! So I will do this!!!

I'm starting at 127.5 lbs. I'm aiming for a 2 lb loss this month. That seems to be about what I'm averaging. SOOOOOO Ssssllloowwwwwwwwwww but it's steady!
