Definitely! After work and before my dh gets home. I have about 1 & 1/2 hours which is my exercise time and "me" time following. I enjoy some quiet time each day without interruption. I really look forward to it.

I have a journal I keep right next to my bed that I write a sentence or two in before going to sleep. I also write some goals for the next day, could be anything. Sometimes it's just things I want to get done and I feel like writing it down will make it more official so I'll definitely do it haha. It's an exercise I started a while ago to keep me motivated with workouts, but now it's my favorite part of my day. A great time to reflect on my day and be able to look back and see how I've been doing overall.
I don't set a specific time, but I do take time at least twice a day for myself.
