No Beer .. all I did today was cook. I made scones this Morning, then Irish Soda bread
then the the usual Irish meal of boiled cornbeef, cabbage, potatos and carrots.
I must admit even though I did not eat alot I feel stuffed
I was also able to get a mile walk in and two 10 minute walks in through out the day.
