No Beer .. all I did today was cook. I made scones this Morning, then Irish Soda bread then the the usual Irish meal of boiled cornbeef, cabbage, potatos and carrots. I must admit even though I did not eat alot I feel stuffed I was also able to get a mile walk in and two 10 minute walks in through out the day.
Don't drink beer so won't have any, green or otherwise - I did have green tea, tho, haha! We went out for a very nice hike this morning, even though we got rained on and were soaked by the time we got home - still had fun and it was a great way to celebrate!

Green beer is never done in Ireland -- it's strictly an American "thing." I'm having Guinness tonight, which is as black as paving tar but tastes like sheer Heaven. I'm also baking brown soda bread to go with breakfast and putting some imported Kerrygold butter from Ireland on it.
