Wow, I need to workout today, and I don't want to either. Thanks to your post, I am putting on some music: it usually helps. Sometimes we need to know it is not just us feeling this way. Ok Pandora let's hear some music.

I know exactly how you feel. We were supposed ot have a kid free night last weekend, for the first time in 2013. Ended up having to spend it at the funeral home. Not exactly a great night. Here hoping that we can both get a chance at another kid free night soon!

Hope you were able to get out there and take some of that frustration out on yoru workout. I know how hard that can be. And disappointing. But remember, you only have them for such a sort time. You will miss them when they grow and go. I sure do miss mine.

You can not change yesterday - it's done. You can only dream of tomorrow. The only day you can change is today. What are you going to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?
It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it GREAT

I need to go workout, but I don't want to. I want to sit here and pout and be sad and annoyed and wrap up in a blanket and not do anything. I had big fun kid free plans for this weekend. And now, baby girl has pink eye. And we can't leave her with the cousins, since she's super contagious... and no more big fun kid free weekend. Extra snotty kid weekend instead. Good bye reservations... goodbye. I needed a weekend off like crazy. I needed it. I still need it. My sanity is slipping. And now that it's gone, I just want to curl up and pout.
Okay. I've said it. It's out there. Now, I need to go do the darn workout. It probably won't make me feel better today, as workouts often do... but at least I won't have guilt about not doing it.
Imperfection is important. If we were all perfect, then there would be no such thing as growth, and everyone would be extremely boring, which is, paradoxically, not that perfect.-- Dr. Matt
