I can get almost to the end of Couch-to-5K but as soon as I start doing the 5-minute intervals regularly, I have so much hip pain that I have to give up. I totally have the strength, stamina and lung capacity to run, but the hip pain stops me from getting very far. So odd because I've never injured my hip or had any other kind of hip pain before.
I will have to work on these muscles before I give running another go.
