Strength + Cardio would go as circuit training. You would probably need a heart rate monitor for a straight-up strength workout.

I would just use the SparkPeople tracker and put either low-intensity aerobics or high-intensity. It will give you a ballpark figure. When you're ready and able to do so, getting a heart rate monitor is a great idea. I love mine and use it every workout.

Cardio kick-boxing (tae bo) is an option on the fitness tracker, I use that to track my Billy Blanks DVD. Can't help with the other one, sorry.

Do you use Spark to track fitness? There's an entry for cardio dancing and cardio kickboxing that would work. I'm not sure how accurate it estimates cals burned.

Do any of you know how to find how much calories you burn doing a dvd?

There are two I need to find

One is
Richard Simmons Tone & Sweat
and the other is
Billy Blanks Tae Bo Basic

Not sure how to go about figuring that out

any suggestions or tips?
