It's a pain searching for individual strength exercises. It used to give you a demo link but it doesn't anymore. What I started doing was writing the machine name down at the gym (most have a sticker that has the name, if not I'm sure a gym employee could tell you). Then the best way to search is to type in "machine" and it will bring up a list of all gym machines that I find easier to scroll through. It took me awhile though to remember them all.
You best bet would be to go and have someone help you to list the machines you use, this way there is a better understanding for you and tracking will be a breeze from then on.

I don't know the name of all of the strength training machines I used today and my best guess at names leads me nowhere on the tracker. I really want to track my workout but not sure how can anyone give me a guide.
